    It's visually stunning.
I like all of them but I have a small preference for the fifth one.

Planting alot of species together also have advantage and disadvantage. Ingeneral is advantage but one of very clear disadvantage is every species have to "enjoin" the same care like some species like alot of water some not but if you plan all together then you have no choice for them...
I dont know if I can make one new thread to introduce my garden???

to sake: I love orchid in general and I am working as divelopment officer to support the poor and ethnic minority in the north of Vietnam so I have change to visit alot of diffrence area. Alot areas are primary forest and that is the paradise for orchid. I love to see orchid in the wild and I sualy colect one sample for each. Most of my orchid are wild orchid, I just have some hybrid species.
I'm in the field now and I will come back to my home next two day then I can show you my garden.

From all area I visited that have S. germata, have some same things like: Very high area (about 1000m above sea level); everage temperature from 18-28 degree; moist;well-aired (basicly is Tropical rain forest)
It is not easy to keep this species if you dont have a bit good surrounding environment.
If you need more detail just let me know what exactly you want to know, I will try to provide all information that I know.

Thanks. I do have S. germata and it is growing and blooming well under my coolish condition but I also know this species is wide spread, so the conditions can be different.
How dry is its habitat during the winter months? TIA
