To me looks like Oberonia arisanensis, I had one. It starts to bloom from the top.

i have a noid oberonia myself... cant wait for the spike to open.
i really like the foliage.

The growth habit of the plant, the details of the labellum and the petals convince me that your plant is not Oberonia arisanensis.

Back to the drawing board.
