    and interesting questions here, coz the net is quite confusing regarding r. cerina red or yellow form.
    also nelson posted once a r. pantherina, which is completely different.

    Hi Mietek,

    The white flowered species is certainly Robiquetia compressa.

    The yellow flowered species is a colour form of Robiquetia cerina.

    Robiquetia pantherina is a yellowish flower spotted with brown, hence the specific epithet.

    Thanks for the exact information Jim.

    I'd always thought this yellow flowered is Robiquetia pantherina. I saw the IOSPE photos which has no markings, I was confused looking at those. When Nelson did show his own photos of Robiquetia patherina it was remarkable.
