    hi,
    im very proud of this philippine endemic species, which is said not to bloom in lowlands, but here she is!

    thats beautiful ron, I have 2 species myself. Dont know the names yet tho, sadly mine has
    been in decline ever since this nasty summer came... how to do grow your btw?

    we only have 2 species here as far as i know, the other one is e.treacherianum, which is a head turner!
    i grow mine mounted, somewhere in between phal and dendro light, and water more often. i think they would do better in pots though, to survive our brutal heat in lowlands, so lets see...

    Hi Ron,

    There are three described Epigeneium species in the Philippines; the third is E. stella-silvae. There are also at least 3 undescribed species, which I saw in Mindanao, a couple of years back.

    Thanks for the culture info ron, i guess thats why mine is declining im giving
    way too much light, catt levels, along with the hot weather we're having.
