This plant is cool, I loved it.

It is fragrant and diverse but the flowers will only last for a day.

    Cheers.

Thanks Decoy, is the blooming triggered by the change in weather? 'coz I noticed that my
    D. crumenatum is in bud again, so i thought that the sudden temp drop has something to
    do with the blooming.

Yes, it is cause by sudden drop temperatures.

As what I have observed here among my Dendrobium of subgenus Crumenata and the Dendrobium hymenanthum, blooms when sudden temperature drops. As well as the genus Flickingeria, but I no longer have these plants they died last 15 years ago. But I'd like to collect them someday when I have already fixed the structure of my garden for any plants to grow in Bukidnon.

That lip is WILD! As others have sad -- such a pity the flowers are so short lived.
