    Default Doritis pulcherrima

    hi folks,
finally i got this one to bloom. i got it from a lady, who grows it under full sun and the leaves were a real nice burgundy/purple and heavily spotted. so i grew it mounted like that for 2 years or so until i potted it up and it exploded with new roots and spike following...
in nature it grows as a terrestrial/litophyte and i dont see why it was placed under phalaenopsis.

    happy plant now!

It really looks like a happy plant, the second pic I like the most. I have one, now it has 4 leaves and the bigger is about 2 inches, so I'll have to vait for a looong time to see some flowers, I'm already impatient...

Lovely! I am in the same boat as Branka. I also have a small one and I hate the idea of waiting but it certainly looks as though it is worthwhile. Yours is beautiful!
