To me the flower has similarities with Bulbophyllum sanguineopunctatum, but without the striping. I am currently in the Philippines, without my reference books so I cannot confirm my identification easily.

    All the best,

Since this morning I have been able to see my database of pictures. I now believe your plant is Cirrhopetalum cinnabarinum.

Thank you very much Jim. Cirrhopetalum and Bulbophylum are synonyms?

It makes no difference to me, if you want to call the plant a Bulbophyllum or a Cirrhopetalum. Taxonomy is merely somebody's opinion. In my opinion no-one is right and no-one is wrong when it comes to an orchid's name. The main point is that both parties know exactly what they are discussing.
