Now isn't that an unusual one.. those leaves look like they are woven... and then the flower bracts being again quite unusual... hmm, I do like this one... in that 'cute' sorta way...

Thanks for sharing Gin. By the way, easy grower? Cool/Warm? Light/Shade?

    Cheers

I like that too. I know I've seen other pics of this plant and was never impressed. This shows the detail very nicely. Congrats.

But, but, but...what is it? Lockhartii sounds like a species and not a genus.

LOL - after catching a few minutes of the Westminster today, I want to ask if Lockhartii is a member of the Hound Group or the Toy Group or the Working Dog Group?

(Actually I wanted Westminster to tell me if each dog was part of the Hound Alliance...etc.)

*Laughing * Ok Piper just for you, it is Lockhartii oerstedii X Lockhartii acuta .. whew ! It is an easy plant to grow , mine is on the West wall in the green house , it gets a little direct not a lot more than some of the Phals , watered when almost dry that is about it , I think it is really a Great Dane with braided ears . The frame is to hide the junk in the picture Gin

Great Danes are in the Working Dog Alliance, right?

    Very pretty, Gin!
