The spikes emerge from the side of the bulb Lars.

I had seen coelogyne m. w. micholitz once in an orchid shop and it's also a beauty. Large flowers and I thought it was a c. mooreana which i have but turned out to be a cross between a c. mooreana and c lawrenceana which is also in my hunt list

I love it ... even the name of it sounds so romantic. Is it scented? I wonder what the parents are?

I've got three native Philippine species, Coel. Asperata, Coel. Merillii and Coel. Pandurata, where the last two are heavily scented but none in flower yet.

Whoops! Made a mistake! I should have read better and saw that it is a cross between flaccida and cristata and that it has fragrance too!
