    It's a cool flower. (having said that first though...) Um...back in the "old days", women were not allowed to raise orchids due to their "sexual" nature. And unless i've gone wiggy, that one picture makes it very clear why the old folks felt that way.

    That's a good one Connie. Was about to make an additional comment but I better not....lol But C. Ovalis is indeed an interesting orchid by the looks of it,I wonder if it is fragrant?

    Quite good to have old days remain far behind, otherwise I would have been acussed of pornographic activities ....and to be honest, I did not even pay attention on sexy lip... indeed, on what all I have to watch in the future while I photographed the flower
    But interesting, my attention was drawn to the Column and Anter cap, to me looks like it has a flounce cap.
