    One more leafless orchis, native to Guandong province in South China. The flowers are very small but lovely

    Quite rare and a newly discovered form of Chiloschista from China.

    Unfortunately I believe this form likes cool weather.

    I've got the other (warm-growing) Chiloschistas in my collection now but not this variety for those reasons I mentioned.

    Jojo, I'm afraid you are right. The growing area is located in North Guandong close to the border to Gueizhou province. In the winter time the temperature drop down to less then 10 °C. Also cool. But there are alot of another Chiloschista species, which like a hot weather. I think you should try.
