Are you a masdevallia grower, in general ?
If so may I ask your advice about species suitable for my cattleya house temperatures ? - if any....

These are such wonderful orchids, but in my 'warm' greenhouse I am hesitant to add something that is a cool to intermediate grower. I also am interested in what might suit a warmer environment........ As Geoff says if any. Thanks, AL

For intermediate to warm temps, there are a few ways to go. Many of the hybrids do really well. Things like Red Wing, Macchu Picchu, Copper Angel, Angel Frost, and Marguerite are all great. There are any number of more complex second and third-generation hybrids as well. Most have been bred for warmth tolerance.
For species, there are a bunch.
Most of the Alaticaulias are good bets: infracta, klabochiorum, draconis, pinocchio, bicolor, etc. These are nice choices because they are a little more drought tolerant than others, and they will forgive some unevenness of care.
triangularis, floribunda, and mendozae will do well.
Regalia princeps and ayabacana are all right - slower growing, but extremely showy when they start to bloom.
I did well with Reichantha rolfeana in intermediate conditions.
Byrsella civilis and peristeria both performed well for me in intermediate conditions.

If I had to choose one plant, it would be a division of an awarded Masd. Copper Angel. They're relatively inexpensive, they grow well, and they bloom all the time. They're quite showy, as well.
If I was only interested in species and had to choose one plant, it would be Masd. infracta. Very tough, very warmth-tolerant, and blooms a lot.

Duane; I thank you again for your recommendations. I have pretty well decided that its orchid buying time and I think a couple of these are first on the list. I am going to Google image search now.........AL
