Not my usual thing, but has been love at first sight. This species has beautiful Phal-like leaves with ruffly edges and the flowers have a glorious cinnamon fragrance. It appears to be easy to grow/bloom and likes Phal conditions so fits right in.

Yes I believe it is warm growing and likes copious watering. Very much similar to Phalaenopsis culture but a bit hardier.

Jojo is right. It seems to really like to be warmer and wetter and looks quite unhappy when it gets too dry.

You know Susan, this would not be my usual thing either, but between the fragrance and that deep rounded lip, I like this very much. AL
