This finally opened this morning. It looks almost similar to the "jack quigley" but it has 3 large flowers. The scent is not as strong either but a beauty nevertheless
Carl, that is such a pretty stanhopea orchid. I bet the fragrance gets stronger in the afternoon sunlight. So pretty!
Wow, a beauty indeed! It's a reminder that my Stanhopea tigrina and Coryanthes speciosa are only about 6 months from blooming here in the Northern Hemisphere.
