Default Cleisostoma micrantha - a real weenie !

Flowers maybe 4mm natural spread. I can't claim I grow it for the splash of colour it gives , but it is a curiosity which kids love to see when they come with parents !. Plant now growing rather better than before in the maybe 5 years I have had it - it always flowers btw, but now the plant looks bigger, so maybe it will do somehting nice for me - produce side growths, or extra spikes or something.
I don't remember anything about its place in the great scheme of things - presumably its vandaceous (?). Whatever , at least you can enjoy it without risking poking your eyes with the leaves, you have to get that near to see it in reality instead of on the screen.!

This is tiny! But very precious and sweet. I would love to have one of these for my collection.

That is the cutest little thing!! I love the tiny ones. It may be small in size, but it sure looks like it has attitude!
