Morphologically, I do not see any reason why your plant could not be Bulbophyllum (or Cirrhopetalum) biflorum. Colour is usually not a good species indicator, and flowering behaviour depends on geographic factors. While some might point out that the pseudobulbs are closely spaced whereas they are quite widely separated in typical biflorums, the fact is that Philippine plants also have clustered pseudobulbs.
