LOL I have to really consider changing my name to a more maculine name hehe I am Mr. Amey Bhide. Its a common thing in west where Amey (pronounced Aa- May- Ya in my native tongue) become Amy, a girls name and suddenly I am Ms. or Mrs. Amy Bhide LOL)

Fortunately for many perhaps. when we view a post and say - ah I see it's from ---- ( fill in the blank) the owner of that name can't hear how we mangle "foreign" names... how for example people pronounce my name Geoffrey - G as in God ? No way - G as in Jam , just as a starter.

You have no idea how many times I have now said "Aa- May- Ya" so I won't make that mistake again. I'm usually good with names, but am humbled by this error.

Hey Patty no worries, I was just joking. It happens all the time, especially when I communicate on the internet and in my emails LOL.

Well, I have made the same mistake here in the forum before, so today I have added an option to display your gender as part of your profile. If you would like to set your gender, visit your Settings Page and edit your details. Right under "Real Name" you will find a drop-down list to add your gender.

    Cheers,
    BD
