First off I believe this is a type of cirrhopetalum since it has a number of small flowers set in a semi circular shape..as to which species unfortunately I cant help you but its definitely a lovely specimen!

Yes you are right regarding the name. Recently as some scientist said in the near future orchid in the Bulbophillum grop will have some change, all Bulbophillum that have multi flower will move to cirrhopetalum. That is what I know and I don't know if it wrong or right.

All are in genus Bulbophyllum; Cirrhopetalum is not accepted at this time.

Your plant is close to Cirrhopetalum farreri. As to Cirrhopetalum not being accepted at this time, that is merely the opinion of a group of taxonomists who are too lazy to see the obvious differences between Bulbophyllum and Cirrhopetalum.

As I have said previously: Taxonomy is an inexact science, and all it boils down to, is someone's opinion.
