    Credit for the ID belongs to Kirk. I just checked/confirmed that this cross is listed on RHS.

    Already got it, thanks, and the RHS search was easy once I used the grex/epithet name "Giant". See my earlier post above for details. I would love to have OrchidWiz, or access the AOS OrchidsPlus databank, but I work on a Mac and it's complicated, if not impossible to use the AOS program, and OrchidWiz is beyond my budget at the moment. But I'm really grateful to have the next best thing - forum members like you who help me out on these issues. Thanks to everyone who contributed to the solution.
