    what a beauty, how long do those spikes grow, amazing!

    Thanks for all the nice comments but my plant isn't as fabulous as it can be. Spikes can be as long as 3 feet long and can be as many as a dozen or more.

    Take this photo for example which I lifted from the iospe site (not mine but wishing my plant could be as fabulous as this someday)

    I would love to have grown that orchid! This orchid my be beautiful, but your is none-the-less so. Good growing and just look what it can become soon.

    So lovely, all that and fragrance too! I'm looking forward to shipment of my first Coelogyne sp., C. miniata. Won't be as impressive, but will hopefully fit in perfectly with my minimum grow area!
