I don't pretend to be a taxonomist, and I don't (to my knowledge) grow this plant, but Bill Thoms has spent a goodly amount of time at Selby Botannical Gardens studying herbarium specimens and literature, and more than a few pages in his book discussing Bulb. putidum, fascinator and ornatissimum and the confusion in those species. He shows side-by-side photos of putidum and fascinator, and without a more detailed photo of the lip of your flower, yours looks very much like the photo of fascinator. Any one else have an opinion?

I agree with Michael, but without being able to see the column and upper surface of the labellum it is not possible to give a positive identification for this plant.
