Well, here in the Philippines we celebrate Haloween too but in a different way. It's more of a "solemn" thing for us Pinoys as we also call it "All Souls Day" which is a day that we Pinoys celebrate it to remember our dearly departed loved ones. So you can just imagine the whole population of Filipinos trooping to the cemeteries to pay a visit to dear departed family members and/or friends. Some Pinoys go as early as two days before just to beat the mad crowd rush on Nov 1 to the cemeteries. Some families "camp out" and set up tents or sleeping bags by the grave site .... and it is really crazy because some families bring the whole household including pets .... complete with blaring portable stereo systems and even a portable cooking set and set up a barbecue for the next few days while playing cards ... to keep company for the dearly departed ones. Only in the Philippines ....... LOL!

Back t the Angraecum .... that sure is lovely. I'll look out for this as this one has some color instead of just the plain ol' white ....
