    Default Holcoglossum wangii

I have some Holcoglossum wangii. This is the first one blooming in this flower season . It has curled and very short leaves, only 25cm long and grows in a bunch way. I have some 80cm-long leaves wangiis, which usually are single plants. Long leaves wangii has longer spike and more flowers on it . Yet this one may have more spikes latter. The flower size of the two types are the same. I think this one is a special wangii that is suitable to grow in a pot.

Congrats Jonada! I believe yours will be a gorgeous wangii! Mine is not a young one so I think its leaves can not become longer.

Very nice. I love the wangii. It is a low maintenace and blooms faithfully around this time of the year for me.

It looks like that yours has multiple growths.

You have a very nice plant there and it should have more flowers in the future blooming. Mine is still a single growth plant but it does bloom well(10-14 flower per spike). This species is capable to produce 20 or more flowers per spike. It is a great species to have in any orchid cillection.
