    Default Disa Watsonii

This is this particular plants second flowering-first time this year.
I just grow mine in pure sphagnum moss, in a self watering pot on the windowsill. It enjoys the extra warmth and the sunlight-almost direct morning sun, the blinds provide SOME protection! The plants tend to flower then deteriorate, sending little bubbies up all around it-no wonder these plants are a pest in some parts of Australia!

Lovely flower. I think Disa uniflora is my overall favorite but there are so many beautiful Disas. Shame they aren't easier to grow for most of us.

Nice, Jordy. I thought, "Hmmmm. I wish I could grow them." No, I cannot branch out. I know, they do not like sit right next to my Vandas.
