    It must really add to the experience of growing an orchid to have seen it in its natural environment - which, I have to remind myself, is often somewhere I would not want to live. Are you growing this plant, or is the photo actually from the trip? I love the inset closeup, by the way - very pretty bloom.

    Although the vegetative growth is small unlike those from neighboring countries which has long floral spikes and long terete leaves.

    Hi Derek, im not sure if its williamsonii, but could be.
    i havent seen this species myself.
