i googled around again, and for me the most logical name would be Cirrhopetalum retusiusculum, based on the "rounded" petals.
This orchid is "all things bright and beautiful". Very fine indeed Tom. AL
I wish I can get one so beautiful.
From information that I have, this can be Bulbophyllum vietnamense Seiden. 1979
Canh, there is no info on such a species. Kew doesn't have it in its database either. Bulbo. vietnamense has been mentioned on a Vietnamese forum(I think, and if I remember it right), with all due respects, I don't weight on that identification too much.
Edit; Canh, I just checked with Kew, Bulbo. vietnamense is listed on its database now. It wasn't listed when you posted yours last year.

Thank you Tom, you are right - last year when I posted I also confuse about the name. just this year I have abit more information.
Gosh what a very beautiful orchid..just look at those awesome yellow blooms...amazing i want one
