    Hi,

    this my latest joy and a new record for the Philippines. This species is very variable in color and size.

    Very cute! Funny Mazlan should say it reminds him of a pleurothallis -- while I do see that, my first impression was of a paph with an unusuallly tiny lip/pouch.

    true, the labellum has some pouch shape. i have no clue as for the pollinater, small flies perhaps?
