This is quite common species that I saw alot in the forest in the northern part of Vietnam
The species ensifolium is found in your region and the color and shape is right for the ensifolium. Nice picture.

@orchidpeople: Thank you for your confirmation. The flower is 100% match ensifolium but plant is complete different. I'm on the business trip now so I can't make photo of plant to share now. I will check my database and share if I have one.
