    Maura,
This is now an Oncidium. Burrageara consisted of (Cochlioda x Miltonia x Odontoglossum x Oncidium); all the species used in Pacific Command are now Oncidiums.
Here is the award description of (now) Oncidium Pacific Command 'Huina Road' AM/AOS:
"Sixty-nine symmetrical flowers on one strikingly arranged branched inflorescence; flowers cream yellow overlaid golden brown; sepals and petals yellow tipped; lip two lobed, cream colored overlaid caramel proximally, creamy yellow apically, blushed amathyst laterally, crest orange; column white; substance medium; texture satiny."
I offer this because on my computer, at least, your flowers appear red.

Nice red/orange. And a very appealing plant as well, in my opinion.

Hi Michael - thanks for the information. I take it you meant "Oncidium" rather than "Oncicium" in your first sentence? You know, I tried to look this up on Orchidwiz and couldn't find it for some reason, so I appreciate your quoting me the award info. As a matter of fact, the color in my photos is accurate for my plant - they are far more red/orang/brown than golden brown or caramel. And I don't think there's a color anywhere on the bloom that could be called "amethyst". So.... this is a young plant anyway, and not likely to go up for an award for quite awhile - maybe the subsequent bloomings will be different. I actually like the reddish better than brown, so, apart from award considerations, I'm happy enough with it. By the way, you should see the difference between the Bratonia Royal Robes that have been awarded - the judges' description for mine is quite different from any of the others - and there's an ongoing issue about whether the AOS photographer may have photo-edited for the wrong colors, so I'm still waiting to hear from the AOS awards committee about what they're going to do about that.
