Is the scent like that of rotting fruit then, Zain? Impressive photo with all the flies on the flower. I could imagine a spider or gecko very happily "setting up shop" next to the flowers.

Hi Paul the scent is so sweet like smash of banana make the fruit flies so envious to this pretty bulbo and these little insects relatively very tame I would agree with you that the gecko and spider would smile forever. He.he thanks.

Actually when no fruit flies it may last almost about a week however these insects keep collecting the perfume oil with their proboscis, moving around the flower several time finally remove the cap and pollen. Bulbo species are very sensitive flowers once you remove the pollen soon the flower wilt, this is through my observation on this genera. Thanks Gustavo.
