    Thanks for all the compliments! Bill, this plant practically grows itself for me...in fact, I don't fuss over it nearly as much as I do the others. It goes outdoors for the summer and comes back in to go under lights. The summer nights however, are generally cooler than the nights it gets indoors in the "orchid room". I do avoid ever drying out...but it does happen on occasion. There is another bulbo that is often sold in confusion with this one (makoyanum). Maybe it's super fussy. Could be my climate...hopefully, I will leave California soon to find out!
