    Default Prothechea radiata

The tag on the plant says Encyclia but I know it is now Prosthechea or have they change it again?? Slight fragrance with upside down looking blooms .
The first 2 pics were taken under direct sunlight at mid noon and the other 2 later in the afternoon.

Wonderful!! Mine is in bud now too. I let it get a bit too dry and so it only has one spike right now. I hope it looks as nice as yours when it blooms even though it has only one spike!! Nice growing of this orchid. The plant looks so healthy and lush.

    cheers,
    BD

It took mine quite a long time to bloom too. It just produced keikis after keikis maybe around 2 years. But once it start blooming it never stops. This one has been blooming sequentially spike after spike for maybe 3 months now.
I guess patience is the game here . Salam.
