This is a discussion on Lepanthes species within the Orchids of Other Genera IN BLOOM forums, part of the Orchid Photography category; ~0.7" tall flower. I haven't had a chance to look up its ID yet but ...

I haven't had a chance to look up its ID yet but it sure looks familiar...please do charm in if you happen to know its ID( or educated guesses). Thanks
Edit: the flower does look like Lepanthes ophelma but the plant is way too short(~4") for L. ophelma IMO.

I will accept its ID as Lepanthes ophelma.
