    is your plant currently in the dormant phase? only pseudobulbs and no leaves? if it is, all you have to do is wait, can't force them out of dormancy, they will grow when the time comes.

    2 bulbs with a tiny thing sticking which i think its leaves but its been like that for 3-4 months...

    some pics would do the explanation clearer. you might be looking at undeveloped spike/growth nodes. sometimes they just grow from some other nodes rather than the one they abandoned earlier.
