Default habitat Rodriguezia lanceolata, from Brazil

In several places Abaetetuba, we can observe the Rodriguezia lanceolata, a small orchid with flower stem about 15 cm, many flowers, leaving always the most beautiful square in the period from November to January.

This is very interesting to me ; I have been collecting Rodrigueza species for a year or so no ; I have more than a dozen different names, although possibly/probably many are synonyms. So far I have flowered two white varieties, and I have a salmon pink very small flowerd one, labelled as lanceolata , wih four spikes, just starting to open.
Can you tell me any more about this habitat ? Is it bright/shaded/or what ? Is this damp jungle ? Is this a seasonal sort of area - rainy season/dry season and so on, or always more or less the same ? Any info' will be most useful to me !.
Of course, here in the northern hemisphere, June to August is equivalent to your November to january.

Nice to meet to yoy Geoff Hands, here the habitat of the region is tropical with plenty of rainfall, followed by sun, high humidity, temperature between 22-35 ° C, is a plant that does not support direct sun, being found in trees of foliage expessa.

they grow as a lowland epiphyte usually on twigs.....very humid amongst the mosses of citrus trees in the orchards...we have a dry season where little rain falls...but between June to November is rainy season.....heavy downpours......dappled light
