    Default Arundina bambusifolia, from Brazil

Another terrestrial orchid and in Brazil, is an orchid that does not require much care, not withstanding cold, large orchid, which I have is about 3 m, forming clumps, with many plants after flowering, or by cutting stem.

What lovely colors and a pleasing shape on this one. How lovely it would be to visit Brazil and see your wonders. We truly thank you for sharing your part of paradise with us.

Beautiful, beautiful, Rui - so close in form to a Cattleya and yet perfectly distinct. Can you cut them and bring them in the house for an arrangement? Are they fragrant?

I have had this Orchid on my Wish-List for some time after seeing it at a Show in Miami. The Vendor wanted to sell a whole large pot, but this was way too much for me to travel with. I shall keep looking for it.
    Your flower is fantastic. Congrats

When you find it, cut about two feet from the end of the plant, is already enough to replant and then with new shoots will come shortly. Thanks for your visit and comments, have a nice Friday 13.
