    Love the form of the blooms and the color. Wish i could smell it. Lovely orchid thanks so much for introducing it to those of us unfamiliar with it.

    Just looked this baby up: it is in the Cymbidium tribe- so the form begins to fall into place... Zygopetalum subtribe- explains the rest, especially the perfume. Now where did this suddenly come from? Hehe! Goodness me, there is no end to orchids...

    WELL! What a handsome genus... eg: G grandiflora is really wonderful (if rather variable) and has some superb forms and hybrids!

    Not a commonly found species over here. Don't think I've ever seen one in person even at shows.
