    Default Cymbidium Lilliput

This one doesn't need any drop in temperature to bloom. Flowers are on the starry side but blooms for me twice a year.

Hi Prejith, the blooms are magnificent! What else you have got growing in the background?

Thanks Gurjeet. Those in the background are mostly vandaceous species.

Zain, my lowest night temperature so far this season was 21 degrees Celsius. Mostly it is between 21 to 24 at night and 31 to 33 during the day at this time. This spike is from Mid July during the monsoons. It is spiking again now. So I should have flowers in January. It is mildly fragrant too.

The sight of your cymbidium makes me want to go and see if there are any at the nursery. I love them on the porch this time of year...and I have a couple new pots that a plant like yours would look so pretty sitting in. I just love the cymbids....and yours is a lovely color! Very nice...

Connie, if you do have the space you should try some of the heat tolerant lines. They bloom several times a year.

Thanks Presam my lowest is 24 degree Celsius at night hardly 23 degree, it seem that I cant grow them here, though I love those species.

Zain, Lilliput has bloomed in Singapore. I don't see why you should have a problem.

Gorgeous, Presam! After seeing your blooms I'll have to hurry my vendor to get those heat tolerant cyms from Bangkok., He seems quite reluctant to order cyms as he says there is no demand from hobbyists here.
