Not sure what the name on this one is. It was listed as a mackayi, but I'm pretty sure it's not that. Likely a hybrid. The closest I could match it on google was Zygopetalum Arthur Elle, but the lip is pinker on these and this has a lip that is more on the deep purple end of the spectrum. If anyone has any thoughts, let me know, but it's likely hopeless trying to ID one of these!
Sorry, I can't help but I LOVE that color combo. What a nice purple
They all look so similar, it is hard to tell. I agree with Jenn, great purple!
Very nice Zygo.
I can flower them but i find it hard to keep leaves on them.
Nice colours and great shape on that... and this has got to be one of the healthiest Zygo I've seen... usually the leaves have all these black spotting on them...
Got the ID on this as they had the plant in at the retailer I got it from a year ago and they were from the same grower/supplier ( same pot/growths/flowers ) with full tags on them.
Zygopetalum B. G. White 'Stonehurst' HCC/AOS which is mackayi x Blackii. Glad to have the correct ID on it now.
