    Cool Dinema polybulbon

This is also listed as an Encyclia polybulbon, but i'm sticking with the name on the tag for now. It has bloomed a couple times. This is the first time for it to bloom more than one flower at a time. I took some time today to make sure I got pics of my two new tiny orchids in bloom.

Very pretty! I'd call them diminutive. I think more elegant sounding.

Very nice. I keep hoping mine will bloom, it's about the same size as yours I think. Every time I think a flower is going to start it dries. How do you care for yours?

Mine has been in the greenhouse since early November. It gets high sun, and humidity levels all winter with a watering every day that gets above 75. I treat it like a vanda, but I have a couple light levels for my vandas. The Renanthera and full strap leaf vanda get the highest sun levels, then my mini vandas and Ascocenda. I'm guessing the humidity is the problem. My humidity has been over 80% almost all winter. Hope this helped...

Thanks Connie. That is probably it. I've been able to raise the humidity some but still not consistently where I'd like it to be.
