    Cool Spring flower assortment

Between appointments and company dropping in unannounced it has been a little crazy around here. I finally got a chance to take pictures for the first time in a week, today! Most of these have been posted before so I didn't put names on them to save time. Tomorrow I begin moving more of the cattleya outside as it is finally warm enough for them to come out of the greenhouse. The vanda group will be the last to come out in a couple weeks when the night temps stay above 65. I love spring...and I love moving the orchids as I usually get suprised by buds and spikes I hadn't seen. The front flowers got put in last week...i've definitely got spring fever!

While snapping pictures of another plant I found this one...needless to say it snuck a couple nice size buds in on me.

    Cool

My no name cymbidium. When I bought it a couple years ago, even though it was the smallest plant, it was the only one i'd seen in this color. Last year the bud spike didn't make it. This year I got two and both are doing great.
