    Very nice Vincent. I understand they grow to quite a size.

    There is a Belgian dealer who just offered mer three different Sob. species , commenting that they are often too large to post ( but he would bring to London Show for me next week). I asked - how large ? The answer was between 1 and 1.5 metres - i.e. up to 5 feet.... I rather went off the idea, for growing in a greenhouse, but if I lived in Singapore, that would be different !

    some species grow to 3 meters but Sobralia callosa is a miniature species, about reaching 0.5 m (18").

    This particular Sobralia is about 3 feet tall.
