Default Masdevallia Highland Spring 'Orange Burst' HCC/AOS

I have always liked these guys but never tried them until a friend was cutting back on his collection last autumn and gave me a few of his collection. I have 7 plants and this is the first one to bloom for me. I love this orange---so vibrant. All are nice healthy plants and I am hoping that they will continue to remain so. I could get used to having these guys around.

I am so jealous. I have one that had a spike and died as fast as it emerged. Now it has 2 shoots. Maybe someday... Congrats they are lovely.

I second the jealously. I've always been drawn to Masdevallia's too but I don't think I could grow them. I'll just enjoy everybody else's pictures for now.
