I don't think the name is right, whatever it says on the tag. According to IOSPE ( and Jay works very hard to keep up to date, and get his names right) Epid.floribundum is a synonym of Epid.paniculatum - and that certainly is no paniculate orchid !
His pic of Epid paniculatum shows flowers very different - more like the very well known Epi.pseudoepidendrum - or for that matter the even better known Epic. Rene Margues ( which is a hybrid from Epi .pseudoepi')

The flower shape and spacing on the spike is very much like an awful lot of Encyclias - and Zain is spot on there. But there is no such orchid as Encyc. floribundum. (Btw I checked the Kew Monocot Register, too )
For my money this is Encyclia species unknown.

By the way - you didn't show the whole plant Jens ; if it is a reed-stem - like a tall pencil with a terminal spike, it is an Epidendrum. If it has bulbs, probably pear-shaped, it is an Encyclia. And just to confuse you even more ( sorry about that) until some years ago, Encyclias were called Epidendrums.....

Well from the picture Jen showed of the name tag, the pbs are reedlike -- not onion-shaped. But I agree -- the flowers and spacing are very Encyclia looking.

Out of curiosity, Jen, how big is the plant?
