The first two are B.Little Stars - looking very much like a Brassavola . The cross btq is nodosa x cordate. Flowers at least 4 inch natural spread - if flattened out would be much bigger !.

The next two are B.Little Stars x C.Mem Rob.Stewart , which gives Bc. Hawaii Stars, and this is the clone "Hsingying"

Beautiful. Thanks for showing these two together. I like to see what is similar about the two. Interesting how much crossing this nodosa hybrid with a Cattleya changes the bloom shape.

    cheers,

I bought a Blc. Hawaii Stars "Hsinying" just yesterday at the orchid festival here in Miami. It is only in a two-inch pot, but was already in bloom. It's now about four to five inches tall, but how big can I expect it to get?
