    Cool Micropera pallida

    When I bought this plant it was labeled Camarotis apiculata, but is now called Micropera pallida after a brief stint as an Aerides. lol Gotta love these name changes! Anywho, this thing has spikes all over and they have the most adorable little buds and flowers. In fact the back of the flower is more impressive than the front. lol

    This final picture was taken outside before it began blooming. As you can see it grows like a vine and sends off little plantlets. Before long this should be a big messy ball of a plant. So far it has been one of my easiest to grow vanda types. It likes a ton of sunshine, humidity and air movement.

    Lovely bloom so nice that is our local species in the wild they can produce more keikies as your plants.

    I'm thinking I agree with you on this one! lol I have given up on changing tags. Now I just look up the name before I post so I don't use an old name accidentally. If I keep losing tags it won't be an issue someday anyways. LOL!!
