Default Dendrobium Red Emperor Bloom or Keiki

I was all excited when I saw this bud. However, I have read since that it could be a keiki instead. Some one please give me your best guess based on the not so good picture provided which one it is more likely to be!!!!!Name: IMG_0820.jpg

I think bud. That looks a lot like the early bud on the den Nobile I bought today.

I sure hope so. It would be a bummer if it isn't a bud. Need some more feedback. Come on every one give me your thoughts.

I can't help you, as my Red Emperor is in the same growth stage.

I'd say bud. I think a keiki would be much pointier, not so round.

Since the plant only has two buds on one cane, is that steering more towards cane or is it normal for a den to only have two buds?

It is a nobile type, and they tend to have spikes from most of the upper nodes. My plant only has one bud. Hmm...

I think it's leaning more towards keiki than bud.
