Hi Annette thanks, I leave in Equator and all my plants are outside from my house as I dont have Green House( wish I have one especially for the cool growing plants maybe later). I have 3 different species of Clowesia namely rosea, dodsoniana and the above. Based on my experience if you can imitate their natural way they would love so much and appreciate it, as here I have 2 techniques first I use basket (as above) and secondly I use wood blocks you need to find the most durable say 3 to 5 years here I always used Longan or Lychee woods.Just have a look the photos below well this plants actually very easy to grow once you already separated from the mother plant put them under the shade and spraying the water everyday (depend on your climate) usually after 2 to 3 months as you can see at the base of pbulb as a green dot is a young shoot. This green thing is yummy for the snails and the sludge's so protect from them.Basically I used sphagnum moss alone on this technique so far it's work better for me.

Thank you Zainal for all the information and pictures! They are really interesting - I'll be putting what you said in my orchid journal for future reference and my give this genus a try! Much appreciated.
