    After much research i see cochleanthes trinitatis is now chaubardia surinamensis...im still happy andd i got a rare epidendrum hartii today lol

    im now very excited...i told you i had an amazonica in bud and it turns out that i was in for a surprise..judge for urself..i know what it is and tell me what you think...i know you will know what it is..but a little guessing game is fun sometimes

    Hi King that is wonderful Epidendrum so pretty I like the creamy color looked so elegant.

    King I think I will come to your garden quietly and get half of your plant another 2 days time be prepared.....OMG that is super clone which I seldom seen before, definitely is not amazonica look to me more toward marginata and maybe guiyanensis whatever it's CONGRATULATIONS, take care this beautiful jewel from your country which I really like it so much.

    On the internet the closest pic i saw was C.discolor on iospe...check it out...its not native to here its from Redlands orchid show..the peruvians sold it to a friend of mine.maybe ecuagenera

    Thanks for those great photographs!!! There are so many genera that are not appreciated and Cochleanthes is certainly one of them! My favorite is amazonica!

    Hi King previously I had few plants of Cochleanthes discolor of different clones, the flowers so nice and cool, just observed the lip carefully most of the discolor the lip is not well open, in contrast marginata or guiyanensis the lip displayed very nice, another point maybe the petals will give some clue.Zain
