    Default Scaphosepalum breve

    One of my favorite genera -- how can you not like flowers that look like little mouths ready to bit someone ... or in the case of this particular species a mouth that is sticking its tongue out at you (or perhaps shooting its tongue out like a frog or chameleon trying to catch a passing fly ...)

    Eeeeee this creature is so disgusting....he.he very weird I like it so much Paul, maybe very useful for the pollinator like tiny insects.
